I brought my vehicle into Alberta Asian Motorworks to be diagnosed. They took it apart, figured out what needed done, & printed out a detailed report. After providing me with a gorgeous BMW loaner to drive while my vehicle was in their shop, I crunched the numbers and realized their services were just not in my budget. I explained that I’d be getting some mechanical help from a family member instead. They were extremely understanding about the whole thing, reassembled the vehicle, and even detailed it. I’m so grateful for their exceptional customer service & professionalism! :)

At my most recent visit, I had a performance exhaust installed. The installation turned out to be a bit of a challenge as the fitment was not what was expected (per the manufacturer). Long story short, between Mike's high standards and a relentless tech, who performed the install, they ultimately found the "look" we were going for. I highly recommend AAM to anyone looking for consistenly high quality work in a friendly environment.

Calling Alberta Asian Motorworks was probably the most fortuitous phone call I could make. I had a wheel issue with my Infiniti FX35 returning to Edmonton from Calgary, of course late in the day. Having no history of mechanics in Red Deer, I called AAMW and luckily Jerry answered the call. He was able to arrange a tow truck for me and waited at the shop, bay already open, for the car to arrive. After a survey of the damage the next morning, I received a very detailed and concise report of the work that needed to be done. AAMW was able to locate the parts and get me back on the road by mid afternoon. The staff at the shop were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly - absolutely top notch! Grateful hardly describes being able to drive my car safely home! Thank you to all the staff!

Highly recommended this shop. They took the time to get to the root of my car’s problem instead of an expensive bandaid soloution the other shop had offered. Fair rates and great service. Will be taking my car there again for all other services.
